Benny Wang is an AI filmmaker and moving-image artist working between Hong Kong and Shenzhen. His practice spans AIGC filmmaking, branded content, short-form narrative, animation, and generative visual development, with an emphasis on cinematic storytelling, visual consistency, and commercially relevant creative direction.
He completed an MA in Artificial Intelligence, Ethics and Society at The University of Hong Kong, following a BA in Animation and Digital Arts from Lingnan University, where he received the Best Capstone Project Award. His experience covers the full production process, from concept development and writing to AI image generation, editing, release, and platform operations. Two AI-native drama series produced through his workflow generated more than 55 million official views and engagement points within three months.
